Wedding Beauty Tips | Feed Your Skin

Feed your skin

In order to look your best on your wedding day, you have to start taking care of your body and facial skin starting today. Nothing would be worse than ugly and sallow skin, and tired bones on the big night.

If you are the active sort of girl, then you should know that being active outdoor the whole day eventually makes your skin tired and dirty. Imagine the pollution, pressure of long working hours, and the foundation applied to cover the skin since early in the morning. These things inevitably lead to blemishes, wrinkles, spots, puffiness around the eyes and dull skin.

Get Fresh, Bright, and Clean Skin

We all wish for stunning fresh and radiant skin even without need for makeup. But very few of us actually can get away with it. Most of us have to work hard to keeping our skin looking good.

Here are some tips that will help you achieve good skin in time for your wedding.

Besides taking the extra effort in cleaning the skin, our skin also needs to be nourished with proper treatment, such as day and night creams. Nightly nourishing is best. Be sure to first learn what type of skin you have; dry, oily or normal. Then you may start hunting for the right nutrient for your skin. Just as we need good nutrients for other parts of the body, so too our skin.

Understand Your Skin Type

First, understand your skin type and specify the problem. Just as mentioned above; the dry, oily, normal, or combination type with specific oily area. If possible, have a consultation with a dermatologist or a beauty consultant about your skin problem, such as UV spots, puffiness, wrinkles, acne, or allergies. During the consultation, you should find the right product for your skin condition.

Types of Creams

Cream for the day serves to moisturize the skin during daily activities. Avoid oily or milky ingredients if you have oily skin or a combination skin type, instead use acid-based creams like fruit extract. If you have dry to normal skin, you may use milky or oily creams like the olive oil or yoghurt extract. Apply the day cream after cleaning the face of makeup (for ladies), then layer your skin with SPF UV protection.

Cleanse Your Skin

At night, take a shower and clean your face with the right cleansing solution. Leave the skin free for some time to literally take a deep breath. Before going to bed, apply your night cream. The golden moment, or so the sleeping time has been dubbed, helps a lot in regenerating skin cells. With the support from night cream the cells regenerate even more.
